Kitchen Floor Patch and Install
This tiled kitchen floor had failed in multiple places and was leaking into the floor below. IPS was called for a solution.
The IPS quartz system with integral cove base was installed. This facility now enjoys a leak-free floor that is durable and easy to maintain.
The floor was de-greased and prepped by dustless diamond grinding. Low spots and failed areas were repaired using 100% solids epoxy screed.

Finally, IPS installed a color matched top-coat to seal and tie in the repair. Problem Solved!

Hot Water Trough Restored
This kitchen trough was badly damaged due to years of boiling water and chemical attack. IPS was contacted for a solution.
IPS used molding techniques and 100% solids epoxy screed to restore the trough. A high-temperature resistant coating was then applied to ensure a permanent solution. Problem Solved!

This popular restaurant chain built out a new location but was met with challenges due to the condition of the concrete. IPS was called for a solution.
IPS was able to level out and tie in the seven separate slabs using concrete grinders and 100% solids epoxy screed.

Kitchen Corridor Floor Upgrade
This kitchen corridor required an upgrade from the VCT and ceramic which were failing due to age.

Expansion Joint Repair
This expansion joint runs the length of this kitchen and had failed in multiple areas. The failure caused negative impact to daily operation of the space.

IPS assessed the expansion joint and removed all failed material around the area. The SmartJoint system was installed into the prepared joint.
